摘要
以茧丝优质、高产和体质强健为育种目标,采用杂交育种和系统选育的方法,育成了适合山东省等北方蚕区优质原料茧生产的春用家蚕新品种0547、0548,并组配一代杂交组合0547×0548。新品种杂交组合在北方蚕业科研协作区的实验室联合鉴定试验中表现出强健好养、产茧量高、茧丝品质优的特点:蚕卵孵化好,幼虫发育齐一、眠起快齐、上蔟齐涌,蚕体粗壮,虫蛹率96.22%;茧型大且匀整,万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量、万蚕产丝量、全茧量、茧层量分别比对照杂交组合菁松×皓月提高4.90%、11.29%、9.63%、4.24%、9.46%,茧层率25.41%,鲜毛茧出丝率20.47%,茧丝长1 346.6 m,解舒丝长1 033.1 m,洁净94.19分,均优于菁松×皓月,达到了缫制高品位生丝的要求。新品种已通过北方蚕业科研协作区家蚕品种审定。
Aiming at the silkworm( Bombyx mori) breeding objective of excellent silk quality,high cocoon yield and strong vitality,the new silkworm varieties 0547 and 0548 for spring rearing,which are suitable for producing high quality raw cocoons in the northern sericultural regions of China including Shandong Province,were bred through cross breeding and pedigree selection. Furthermore,a hybrid combination 0547×0548 was prepared. The results of laboratory co-identification test in the Northern Coordination Region for Sericultural Research showed that the new hybrid combination had the characters of strong vitality,easy handling,high cocoon yield and excellent silk quality. The hatchability,larva development,molting,exuviating,and mounting of the new hybrid combination are uniform. Its larvae have thick body. Its larva-pupa rate is as high as 96. 22%. Its cocoons are big and even. Compared to the control hybrid combination Jingsong×Haoyue,cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae,silk weight per 10 000 larvae,cocoon weight,and cocoon shell weight of the new variety was increased by 4. 90%,11. 29%,9. 63%,4. 24% and 9. 46% respectively. Its cocoon shell rate is 25. 41%,raw silk rate of fresh cocoons is 20. 47%,cocoon filament length is 1 346. 6 m,length of nonbroken cocoon fileament is 1 033. 1 m,and neatness is94. 19 points,all of which are superior over Jingsong ×Haoyue and meet the requirements for reeling high grade silk. The new silkworm variety has been approved by the Northern Coordination Region for Sericultural Research.
