摘要
五倍子单宁具有抗氧化、抗突变、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性功能。为了研究五倍子中单宁的超声波辅助提取工艺,以盐酸体积分数、乙醇体积分数、超声温度、料液比作为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上采用L9(34)正交试验设计,对单宁的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,在盐酸体积分数为1.0%、乙醇体积分数为50%、超声温度为40℃、料液比为1∶30(m∶V)的条件下,提取效果最佳。该工艺条件下,单宁的提取率为10.97%。
Gallic tannins have extensive bioactivities functions,including antioxidant,antitumor and anticancer.In order to investigate the extraction technology of Chinese gallnut tannin by ultrasonic,the effect factors,including the volume fraction of HCl,the volume fraction of ethanol,ultrasonic temperature and the ratio of material were optimized through orthogonal tests L9(34)on the basis of single factor experiment.The result showed the optimal extracting conditions were as follows:hydrochloric acid volume fraction 1.0%,ethanol volume fraction 50%,ultrasonic temperature 40℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30(m∶V).Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of Chinese gallnut tannin was 10.97%.
