注射用骨瓜提取物致过敏性休克1例 被引量:2

摘要 注射用骨瓜提取物为复方制剂,由新鲜或冷冻的猪四肢骨骼和葫芦科植物甜瓜的干燥成熟种子的提取物加辅料右旋糖酐40制成,含多种活性肽类,具有调节骨代谢,刺激成骨细胞增殖,促进新骨形成,以及调节钙、磷代谢,增加骨钙沉积,防治骨质疏松、抗炎和镇痛的作用。临床常用于风湿、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、腰腿疼痛治疗和骨折创伤修复。
