摘要 采用发射光谱分析方法对用于船舶主机和发电柴油机的MTU396型柴油机的润滑油进行分析,分析各磨损元素含量的分布规律,采用三线值法和最大熵法分别计算作为主机和发电柴油机的MTU396型柴油机润滑油中磨损元素阈值,并与实际监测结果进行比较。结果表明:在大样本情况下,传统的三线值法更适合于MTU396柴油机油液发射光谱磨损元素含量阈值的计算,计算结果更符合实际监测情况;作为主机和发电柴油机的MTU396柴油机,其油液发射光谱磨损元素含量阈值并不相同,需按照实际工况分别制定。 Emission spectrum analysis method was used for the lubricating oil analysis of MTU396 type of diesel engine, and the distribution rules of wear elements concentration were analyzed. The wear elements concentration monitoring threshold values of propelling engine and generating electricity engine were calculated through three line value method and maximum entropy method, and were compared with the actual monitoring results. Results show that the traditional three line value method is more suitable for the emission spectrum wear elements threshold calculation of MTU396 diesel oil in abun- dant samples cases, and the calculation results more accord with actual monitoring data. When the MTU396 diesel engine are used as propelling monitoring threshold conditions. engine or generating electricity diesel engine, the oil emission spectrum wear elements concentration values are different, the threshold values should be set separately according to their working
