摘要
对C40高性能混凝土经受100~700℃温度作用后的氯离子渗透性进行了试验研究,对比常温下的混凝土,分析了不同作用温度对混凝土氯离子渗透性的影响,并对其使用寿命进行预测。结果表明:随着作用温度的提高,C40高性能混凝土的氯离子渗透性均有提高,且幅度逐渐增大,而其使用寿命则随着温度的提高而下降,在温度超过300℃后已不能满足一般工程50年的设计使用要求。
Studied the chloride permeability of C40 high performance concrete affected by high temperatures between 100 ℃ to 700 ℃. Comparing with the concrete at normal temperature, it analyzed the influences to the permeability of chloride under different temperatures, and predicted the service life.Test and results indicate that the chloride permeability of C40 high performance concrete enhance with the raise of the temperature and the scope increase gradually;on the contrary,the service life declined with the raise of temperature and cannot satisfied the 50 years of general engineering design requirements when subjected to the temperature higher than 300 ℃.
