摘要
结合生命周期评价分析方法(LCA),对预拌混凝土全过程包括生产、施工、使用及回收利用等阶段进行绿色度评价。采用定量及定性指标结合,以及科学的权重分配方法,分别确定了预拌混凝土绿色评价三级指标体系和各级指标评价分数。根据绿色评价指标体系,对北京、武汉、成都、天津等不同地区多家预拌混凝土搅拌站进行绿色度评价,结果表明该指标体系科学、合理,可操作性强。
Combined with life -cycle assessment analysis (LCA), the environmental evaluation on ready -mixed concrete in the whole life cycle including production stage, construction stage, service stage and recycled stage was investigated.Three -level index system of environmental evaluation on ready - mixed concrete involving qualitative and quantitative indexes was established while the weight coef- ficient of each level index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the system, the environmental evaluation of several ready - mixed concrete stations where located in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Tianjin and other areas was conducted. Results showed that the three - level index system of environmental evaluation was scientific, reasonable and operability.
