摘要
通过水泥净浆试验和胶砂试验,研究了不同浓度废水在不同掺量下对水泥标准稠度需水量、凝结时间及水泥砂浆流动度、强度影响规律。在此基础上研究了1%浓度下,不同掺量废水对C60混凝土强度的影响规律。结果表明:随着废水掺量增加,水泥胶砂的流动度降低,但降低幅度不大,凝结时间延长;不同浓度废水对胶砂试块强度影响规律不同,且存在最佳掺量。1%浓度下,废水掺量为80%时,C60混凝土抗压强度达到最高。
According to cement paste test and mortar test, the effects of water consumption of standard consistence, setting time and mortar flowability, strength was studied under different concentration and dosage of wastewater. On this basis, under 1% concentration of wastewater,the influence on the strength of C60 concrete under different dosage of wastewater was also analyzed.The results showed that with the increase dosage of wastewater,the flowability of cement mortar is reduced, but the reduction is not big, and setting time prolonged;With different concentration wastewater was added into mortar block, the regularity on its strength is diffrengt, and each had its best dosage.Under concentration of 1%, waste water content add to 80%,C60 concrete had the highest compressive strength.
