摘要
为研究轻质混凝土暗肋楼板结构的计算方法,以每行或每列轻质混凝土填充材料中心连线为分界线对楼板划分为多个计算板带。根据截面面积和惯性矩相等的原则,将各个板带的不规则截面等效换算为规则的工字型截面,并利用有限元数值模拟方法对简化后楼板进行了不同等级砖荷载作用下的力学计算,同时,对未做简化的楼板进行了数值模拟分析。将得到的两类有限元模型下的数值模拟结果与现有试验测试结果进行对比分析,验证了简化楼板有限元模型模拟结果与试验值吻合良好,简化分析方法是可行的,未作简化的有限元模型模拟结果与试验值误差较大,但是变形趋势一致。
In order to study the computational method of the lightweight concrete floor with hidden rib, it was divided into multiple strips bound to the center line of each row and column of the filled material. Under equal cross-sectional area and moment of inertia principle, irregular section was equivalent to regular H section, and then FEM method was employed to simulate the simplified model for its mechanical property under different levels of brick load, as well, the original model was simulated. The final comparative results of the above method to the available experimental results show that numerical results of the simplified model are in good agreement with the experimental ones, but numerical ones of the original model cause bigger error, only that the consistent deformation tendency.
