城市设计中公共艺术的经验与延伸——以西雅图奥林匹克雕塑公园和山东烟台滨海景区为例

Experience and Extension of Public Art in Urban Design——Take Seattle Olympic Sculpture Park and Shandong Yantai Seaside Scenic Spot as two Cases

一、城市设计与公共艺术 公共艺术在我国的发展方兴未艾。近十几年来，随着我国城市化建设脚步的加快，城市公共艺术在提升城市公共生活环境和城市文化品质、扩大城市对外交流和推动城市经济发展等方面，日益显示出无与替代的重要作用，因而受到政府管理部门和学界的持续关注。其中，广州、北京、上海、长春、杭州、台州、青岛、烟台、成海、天津、桂林、铜陵等城市较好地将雕塑艺术融入公共空间，或举办“国际雕塑艺术大赛”，或建设“世界雕塑公园”“国际雕塑艺术园”等，在很大程度上促进了公共艺术理念的传播，起到了积极的示范作用。

Public art planning is an important part in urban design. It not only relies on artistic style, form and genre, but also relies on people's special spirit and humanistic care. Objectively, Public art is the product of modern city culture and city life form, and it also indicates urban culture, city life ideal and passion. This article analysis the experience of urban public art design in Seattle and Yantai,then to attract government's attentions to devote to the research of public art planning and overall implementation from the perspective of urban design.
