摘要
研究了硫化铅锌混合精矿的氧压酸浸。试验结果表明:对100g混合精矿,在液固体积质量比3∶1、温度160~165℃、浸出时间80 min、混合气体压力0.8 MPa、搅拌速度750r/min、浸出剂硫酸质量浓度150g/L、木质素磺酸钠用量为矿石质量的0.05%、Zn2+质量浓度40~80g/L条件下,锌浸出率大于95%,铁浸出率小于10%,铅沉淀在渣中,较好地实现了锌、铁、铅的分离。
By oxygen pressured acid leaching process to leach zinc from lead-zinc sulfide concentrate was researched.The results show that the optimal conditions is that ratio between liquid volume and solid mass is 3∶1,leaching temperature is 160-165 ℃,leaching time is 80 min,mixed oxygen presure is0.8 MPa,mixing speed is 750r/min,sulfuric acid concentrate is 150g/L,Zn2+concentration is 40-80g/L,and sodium sulfonate mass fraction is 0.05%.Under the optimal conditions,leaching rate of zinc is 95%,leaching rate of iron is lower 10%,lead is remained in leaching reside.The zinc can be separated from iron and lead.
