摘要
研究了采用空气能加热强化浸出铜浮选尾矿,考察了浸出温度、始酸质量浓度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比、氧化剂种类及加入量对铜、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:在矿石粒度-200目占85%以上、温度70℃、浸出时间4h、硫酸初始质量浓度10g/L、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下,铁浸出率很低,仅为3%,而铜浸出率在85%以上;加入适量氧化剂,铜浸出率可提高5%左右。
The process of leaching of copper from floatation tailings by air energy heating was investigated.The influence of leaching temperature,initial sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,liquid to solid ratio,type and amount of oxidant on leaching rate of copper and iron were studied.The results show that at the conditions of ore particle size of-200 mesh accounting for 85%,leaching temperature of 70 ℃,leaching time of 4h,initial sulfuric acid concentration of 10g/L,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,adding moderate oxidant,the leaching rate of iron is very low(3%),the leaching rate of copper is about 90%.
