摘要 研究了以盐酸为介质,用甲酸还原浸出低品位软锰矿,考察了盐酸浓度、甲酸用量、反应时间、反应温度及液固体积质量比对锰、铁、铝浸出率的影响。结果表明:各因素对锰浸出率的影响顺序依次为盐酸浓度、液固体积质量比、甲酸用量、反应温度和反应时间;在盐酸浓度为0.3mol/L、甲酸用量为3mL、液固体积质量比为8∶1、温度为90℃、反应2h条件下,锰浸出率为93.4%,铁、铝浸出率分别为65.86%和27.54%。 The reduction leaching of manganese from low-grade pyrolusite using formic acidhydrochloric acid was investigated.The effects of HCl concentration,dosage of formic acid,reaction time,reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on leaching of Mn,Fe and Al were studied by singlefactor and orthogonal experiments.The results show that the sequence of main factors for leaching of Mn is followed by HCl concentration,liquid/solid ratio,dosage of formic acid,reaction temperature and reaction time.At the optimum conditions of HCl of 0.3mol/L,formic acid of 3mL,liquid/solid ratio of 8∶1,leaching temperature of 90 ℃ and leaching time of 2h,the leching rate of Mn,Fe and Al are93.4%,65.86% and 27.54%,respectively.
