摘要
研究了稀土萃取有机相的无氨连续皂化。结果表明,用无氨皂化剂CaCO3皂化30min,有机相皂化值可达0.50~0.54mol/L,且易分相、流动性好,Ca/RE分离最佳级数为8级。以此条件在30L萃取槽中进行综合试验,结果有机相皂化值稳定在0.50~0.54mol/L之间,所得氧化物稀土总量大于99%,CaO和Cl-质量分数稳定小于0.05%;皂化成本远低于氨水和氢氧化钠的皂化成本。该技术已成功应用于国内某稀土分离厂,经济技术指标达到行业要求且稀土产品质量合格。
Ammonia-free continuous saponification of organic phase in rare earth extraction process was researched.The results show that using CaCO3 as ammonia-free saponification agent can achieve saponification effectively of organic phase.The organic phase is saponified for 30 minutes,the saponification value can reach 0.50-0.54 mol/L,and the organic phase has well mobility,the best Ca/RE separation series is 8.Under the optimal conditions,comprehensive tests have done in 30 L extraction tank,the saponification value of organic phase stability between 0.50-0.54 mol/L,the total rare earths content in oxides is more than 99%,the mass fraction of CaO and Cl-are less than0.05%.The saponification cost is far lower than ammonia and sodium hydroxide saponification cost.The technology has been successfully used in a domestic factory,the economic and technical parameters and the rare earth products quality meet the requirements.
