摘要
研究了以拜耳法赤泥和工业盐酸为原料制备聚氯化铝铁(PFAC),考察了液固体积质量比、浸出时间、浸出温度及盐酸浓度对赤泥中Al2O3和Fe2O3浸出率的影响及PFAC处理工业废水的絮凝效果。试验结果表明,在盐酸浓度6mol/L、反应时间3.5h、温度85℃、液固体积质量比4mL/1g的最优条件下,Fe2O3和Al2O3浸出率分别为94.11%和84.33%,此时溶液中m(Fe)/m(A1)=0.55;用制得的液态聚氯化铝铁(PFAC)处理工业废水,絮凝效果较好。
Polyaluminium ferric chloride(PFAC)was prepared with Bayer red mud and hydrochloric acid.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature and hydrochloric acid concentration on the leaching rate of Al2O3 and Fe2O3 from red mud were discussed.At the optimum conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 6mol/L,leaching time of 3.5h,leaching temperature of 85℃,liquid-solid ratio of 4mL/1g,the leaching rate of Al2O3 and Fe2O3 are 94.11%and 84.33%,respectively,m(Fe)/m(A1)=0.55 in the solutions.The polyaluminium ferric chloride has higer flocculation effect for industial wastewater.
