摘要
以某城市环形钢箱梁人行天桥为例,采用MIDAS/CIVIL建立空间有限元模型,对该桥的受力状态进行分析。为验证该桥的承载能力及刚度是否满足使用要求,对桥梁进行荷载试验,分析结构的承载能力。详细介绍荷载试验中测点的布置、加载程序以及静载试验效率,以挠度控制效率系数,达到0.96,满足规范要求。根据荷载试验的相关程序,得到试验测点各级加载的实测值,并将满载时各点的实测值与理论值进行对比分析,求得各测点的校验系数。经验算,结果与静载试验一致。
Taking some urban ring steel box girder pedestrian bridge for example, using MIDAS/CIVIL to establish the spatial finite element model, the bridge stress state has been analyzed in this paper.In order to verify the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bridge to meet the requirements, the bridge load tests have been completed to analyze the structure bearing capacity. Details of the measuring point load test arrangement, loading program and the static load test efficiency to control the efficiency factor with deflection, 0.96, to meet the regulatory requirements.According to the load test procedures, test measuringpoints have been measured values at all levels of load and each point measured and theoretical values with full load are compared and analyzed, and each measuring point calibration coefficients are observed. Through the checking, the results are consistent with the static load test.
