摘要病例：患者,女,47岁。2014年3月3日因下腹痛3天就诊,B超示右侧附件区囊性包块（10.9×6.8 cm）,门诊拟“盆腔包块待查”收入住院。患者否认食物药物过敏史、家族过敏史、基础疾病史。入院查体：体温（T）36.4℃,脉搏（P）76次/min,呼吸（R）19次/min,血压（BP）110/78 mm Hg。
