摘要
可摘局部义齿(RPD)仍然是一种临床上应用广泛的口腔修复治疗方式,相对于固定义齿和种植义齿,RPD费用低、损伤小,适应范围宽广。RPD修复成功与否,医生和患者评价的角度不同,在现在的生物—心理—社会医学模式下,患者对修复体的效果的需求不尽相同,却常常被临床医生所忽视。研究患者对RPD治疗结果的满意度非常重要,有助于完善医疗服务,避免医疗纠纷,加强医患交流,降低医疗资源的浪费等。本文就患者、医疗和义齿三个方面阐述影响RPD修复满意度的相关因素,希望有助于临床医生了解患者的需求,让RPD修复达到医生和患者皆满意目的,提高RPD的近远期治疗效果。
Removable partial denture(RPD) is a widely used prosthetic treatment. Compared with fixed and implant dentures, RPD has a low cost, causes minimal injury, and is widely adapted. Patients and doctors evaluate the success of RPD from different angles. Based on the current biology-psychology-social medical model, evaluation of patients with prosthesis should be given more attention. However, this aspect is often ignored by clinicians. Hence, research on patient satisfaction with RPD is very important in improving medical services, reducing medical disputes, strengthening doctor- patient communications, and reducing the waste of medical resources. This article reviews the relative factors influencing patient satisfaction with RPD from the patient, medical, and denture aspects. This study may aid clinicians in understanding patient needs and improving the early and late curative effects of RPD.
