摘要
目的探讨和评价反复呼吸道感染患儿血清Ig A含量变化和免疫功能影响。方法选择2013年1月~2014年10月在本院接受治疗的52例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,对这52例患儿在治疗期间的血清Ig A含量变化和免疫功能影响指标进行详细观察与记录,与另外选择的50例健康儿童进行比较,研究其关系。结果反复呼吸道感染组血清Ig A含量为(0.89±0.75)g/L、血清Ig G含量为(7.43±3.15)g/L、CD3+浓度为(61.35±6.07)%、CD4+浓度为(30.52±3.72)%;健康儿童组血清Ig A含量为(1.69±0.82)g/L、血清IgG含量为(9.88±3.97)g/L、CD3+浓度为(69.89±5.39)%、CD4+浓度为(39.85±3.09)%;差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿血清Ig A含量和免疫功能均低于健康儿童,其可为临床治疗提供相应依据。
Objective To explore the change of recurrent respiratory tract infection and the content of lgA in serum and immune function. Methods 52 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 were selected,the change on the content of IgA in serum and immune function during the treatment was observed and recorded.50 healthy children were selected,correlation was studied. Results The content of IgA in recurrent respiratory tract infection group was(0.89±0.75) g/L, the serum IgG content was(7.43±3.15) g/L,the concentration of CD3^+ was (61.35±6.07)%,the concentration of CD4^+ was (30.52±3.72)%;the content of IgA in healthy children group was (1.69±0.82) g/L,the serum IgG content was (9.88±3.97) g/L,the concentration of CD3^+ was (69.89±5.39)%,the concentration of CD4^+ was (39.85±3.09)%;with statistical difference between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The content of IgA in serum and immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is lower than that of healthy children,it can provide corresponding evidence for clinical treatment.
