局部应用2%盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment for topical application treating chronic periodontitis

目的探讨局部应用2%盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年3月～2013年9月收治的慢性牙周炎患者223例,按照不同治疗方法分为试验组（130例,常规治疗基础上给予局部应用2%盐酸米诺环素软膏）和对照组（93例,常规治疗基础上给予局部应用复方碘甘油）,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的总有效率（91.54%）明显高于对照组（80.64%）（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前的GI、PD、TM比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗4周后,试验组GI、PD、TM三项指标的改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论局部应用2%盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect observation of 2%minocycIine hydrochloride ointment for topical application treating chronic periodontitis. Methods 223 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2013 were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group （130 cases were given conventional treatment and 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment for topical application）and control group （93 cases were given conventional treatment and topical application of iodine glycerin）,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group （91.54%） was higher than that of control group （80.64%） （P〈0.05）;There was no statistical diference of GI,PD,TM between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）,after 4 weeks treatment,the improvement of GI,PD,TM of the experimental group were better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment for topical application treating chronic periodontitis has a significant effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
