一次法和多次法治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of single and multiple method treating chronic periapical periodontitis

目的比较一次法和多次法治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选取成人慢性根尖周炎患者44例,将其随机分为两组,每组各22例。甲组采用一次法根管治疗,乙组采用多次法根管治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果根充后第2天,甲、乙组的疼痛率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乙组的术后第90天根尖影像变化有效率为72.7%,高于甲组的36.4%(χ2=5.867,P=0.015)。结论多次法根管治疗慢性根尖周炎在根尖病灶愈合方面有更明显的效果。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of single and multiple method treating chronic periapical peri- odontitis. Methods 44 adults with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups,and there were 20 cases in each group.The group A was given single endodontic treatment,the group B was given multiple endodontic treatment,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results There was no statistically difference of pain rate after the second day root canal filling in the two groups （P〉0.05）;the effective rate of apical image change in the group B （72.7%） was higher than that in the group B （36.4%） （x^2=5.867,P=0.015）. Conclusion Multiple endodontic treating chronic periapical periodontitis has more obvious effect in the healing of periapical lesions.
