地尔硫卓联合曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛的效果分析

The efficacy analysis of diltiazem combined with trimetazidine in treatment of angina pectoris

目的探讨地尔硫卓联合曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛的效果。方法选取本院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的心绞痛患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予口服地尔硫卓及曲美他嗪片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,监测两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛发作频率、活动诱发心绞痛时的活动强度及心电图的变化。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组心绞痛发作持续时间、频率及心电图ST段下移较对照组明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论地尔硫卓联合曲美他嗪可有效治疗心绞痛,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of diltiazem combined with trimetazidine in treatment of angina pectoffs. Methods 60 cases of patients with angina pectoris treated in out hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,conventional treatment was given to the two groups,observation group was given with oral dihiazem and trimetazidine tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The .clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,angina frequency,intensity activity induced angina activity and ECG was monitored. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,higher than 66.67% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Afler treatment,the improvement of angina attack duration,frequency and ST-segment depression in observation group was better than that in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diltiazem combined with trimetazidine in treatment of angina pectoris has significant efficacy,it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
