小金胶囊联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片对结节性甲状腺肿患者甲状腺功能的影响

The influence of oscars capsule combined with low-dose Levothyroxine sodium tablets in thyroid function of patients with nodular goiter

目的探讨小金胶囊联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片对结节性甲状腺肿患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法随机抽样选取本院2013年1月~2014年9月收治的80例结节性甲状腺肿患者,依据治疗方法将其分为研究组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。给予对照组患者单纯左甲状腺素钠片治疗,给予研究组患者小金胶囊联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能相关指标[高敏促甲状腺激素（s TSH）、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离四碘甲腺原氨酸（FT4）]及不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为82.5%,显著高于对照组的55.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,研究组的s TSH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小金胶囊联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片对结节性甲状腺肿患者甲状腺功能影响较小。

Objective To investigate the influence of oscars capsule combined with low-dose Levothyroxine sodium tablets in thyroid function of patients with nodular goiter. Methods 80 cases of patients with nodular goiter who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method,they were divided into study group （n=40） and control group （n=40） according to the treatment methods.The control group were given with levothyroxine sodium tablets only,while the study group were given with oscars capsule combined with low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets,then the clinical efficacy,thyroid function and adverse events related indicators of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 82.5% ,higher than 55.0% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the sTSH level of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of study group was 7.5%,lower than 30.0% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oscars capsule combined with low-dose Levothyroxine sodium tablets has smaller influence in thyroid function of patients with nodular goiter.
