院前急救全程优化护理在颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用效果

目的探讨院前急救全程优化护理在颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用效果。方法选择本院2013年4月～2014年7月收治的140例颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用院前急救全程优化护理,对照组采用常规院前急救护理,比较两组的临床指标和护理满意度。结果实验组转入急诊后的APS和GCS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的预后评价和护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的急诊反应时间、急救反应时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论院前急救全程优化护理可显著改善颅脑损伤患者急救效率和预后,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole optimization of pre-hospital emergency care in patients with traumatic brain injury in emergency. Methods 140 cases with traumatic brain injury from April 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given whole optimization of pre-hospital emergency care.The clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results The score of APS and GCS after emergen- cy in the experiment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The evaluation of prognosis and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The time of emergency response,emergency reaction,hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the mortality of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Whole optimization of pre-hospital emergency care can improve the first aid efficiency and prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury in emergency,improve nursing satisfaction.
