两种白细胞介素与冠状动脉钙化积分的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与冠状动脉钙化积分的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测正常人和冠状动脉不同钙化积分冠心病患者血清中IL-10和IL-18水平,分析钙化积分与两种白介素血清水平的关系。结果 IL-10和IL-18在不同钙化积分疾病组和对照组之间血清水平浓度差异显著,其中,与对照组比较,重度组中IL-10和IL-18、中度组中IL-18差异有统计学意义;与轻度组比较,重度组中IL-10差异有统计学意义,中度组中两种白介素差异均无统计学意义;与中度组比较,重度组中IL-10差异有统计学意义。钙化积分与IL-10呈正相关,相关系数r=0.396,P=0.001;与IL-18相关性不显著(相关系数r=0.116,P=0.429)。结论 IL-10和IL-18在不同的钙化积分患者中表达不同,对冠心病诊断价值明显,也可以为动脉粥样硬化的预防和治疗提供一种新的策略。 Objective To explore the serum interleukin‐10 and interleukin‐18 and the relationship between coronary artery calcium score .Methods To adopt and ELISA method to detect normal coro‐nary artery calcium score different coronary heart disease patients with serum level of IL‐10 and IL‐18 , analysis of the calcium score and the relationship between the two kinds of interleukin level .Results IL‐10 and IL‐18 in the different calcium score disease group and the control group significant different be‐tween the level of serum concentration ,IL‐10 and IL‐18 in severe group compared with control group , there were differences between the moderate group of IL‐18 ;compared with mild group ,IL‐10 in se‐vere group compared with mild group ,IL‐10 in moderate and severe groups .Calcium score was posi‐tively related with IL‐10 ,the correlation coefficient r= 0 .396 ,with no significant correlation between IL‐18 (the correlation coefficient r = 0 .116 ,P= 0 .429) .Conclusion IL‐10 and IL‐18 different expres‐sion in patients with different calcium score ,has an obvious coronary heart disease diagnostic value , can also provide the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis a new strategy .
