摘要
文章基于一项2013年在江西农业大学工学院的问卷调查,对工科类应届毕业生的择业行为分析发现,尽管工科类应届毕业生对自己的就业前景不乐观,但大部分不愿意降低求职标准。对该群体的求职意向进行分析表明,工科类应届毕业生会考虑专业发展空间,但同样倾向于体制内工作,个人实际能力和社会关系是在求职过程中影响就业最重要的因素。
Based on the questionnaire conducted in the Jiangxi Agricultural University in 2013, this essay analyzes the job selection of engineering graduates. We find out that most engi- neering graduates are reluctant to lower their standards for job selection although they are not opti- mistic about their job prospects. The essay then analyzes their job preference, which shows that en- gineering graduates would take their professional development into consideration and also tend to choose jobs in governments or state -own enterprises. In addition, individual ability and social re- lations are two crucial factors affecting job - hunting.
