APEC's Priority Agenda and Prospects in Education Field

亚太经济合作组织当前在其组织框架内自上而下建立了一个由成员经济体领导人非正式会议、教育部长会议、高官会、经济与技术合作高官会指导委员会、人力资源开发小组以及教育网络连接而成的教育事务管理框架,并重点关注了职业技术教育、师资质量、数学与科学教育、语言和外语教育、高等教育、教育信息化、教育合作与跨境教育等议题。未来,APEC将继续致力于亚太区域内跨境教育的发展和教育合作的进一步深化。

Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation （APEC） has established a top-down educational affairs man- agement system within its organizational structure, consisting of Economic Leader＇ s Meeting, Ministerial Meeting, Senior Officials＇ Meeting, Senior Officials＇ Meeting Steering Committee on Economic and Technical Cooperation, Human Resources Development Working Group ,and Education Network. It mainly focuses on vocational and technical education, teacher quality, mathematics and science education, foreign languages studies, information and technology of education, higher education, and education cooperation. In the future, APEC will remain committed to development of cross boarder education and deepening of education cooperation within APEC region.
