摘要
20世纪80年代,愿景型领导成为一个流行的、用来表明学校领导特征的术语。随着愿景界定从意象与目标转为一种复杂互动过程,愿景型领导成为国外教育领导、合作与变革领域的热点话题,也成为学校重建的重要工具和理念模式。重视并深入探讨校长构建与实施学校共享愿景的能力可有力且平稳地助推我国教育转型发展,尤其是普通高中多样化发展。
Visionary leadership has been a popular term which embodies the characteristic of School leadership since 1980s. With the definition of vision changes from image or aims to a complex interactive process, visionary leadership has been the hot topic of educational leadership, cooperation and change. But it also has been an important tool and conception model of school restructuring in the western countries. Paying attention to and exploring the abilities of principals to develop and implement school vision can powerfully and steadily realize the transformational development of our education, especially for Diversification development of General senior secondary schools.
