摘要
近年来,为了改进公立中小学教学评价的质量,美国致力于提高教学评价人员的专业评价能力,主要采取如下三项措施:开发专业的教学评价标准或工具;培训专业的教学评价人员;对教学评价人员进行资格测试或认证。本文主要从上述几点来探究美国这方面的实践。
People in the educational field of America are recently trying to improve performance evaluation of public school teachers through three ways, they are: to develop professional framework tot teaching evaluation instrument; to train professional teacher evaluators; and to certify those as teacher evaluators. This paper tries to explore these practices in the US.
