Exploration of Improving Professional Competence of Teaching Evaluators in the US

摘要近年来,为了改进公立中小学教学评价的质量,美国致力于提高教学评价人员的专业评价能力,主要采取如下三项措施:开发专业的教学评价标准或工具;培训专业的教学评价人员;对教学评价人员进行资格测试或认证。本文主要从上述几点来探究美国这方面的实践。 People in the educational field of America are recently trying to improve performance evaluation of public school teachers through three ways, they are： to develop professional framework tot teaching evaluation instrument; to train professional teacher evaluators; and to certify those as teacher evaluators. This paper tries to explore these practices in the US.
