摘要
本文结合企业IT能力和动态能力的研究结论,提出了企业的IT能力通过一种动态机制影响企业的核心能力进而改善企业绩效的观点。基于对已有文献的研究与归纳,验证了企业IT能力基于动态机制的绩效作用过程。研究结果表明,企业IT能力的动力机制能够有利于企业克服核心能力的刚性;学习机制能促使企业实现快速及低成本的重构核心能力;匹配机制能提升企业核心能力的更新速度,更为准确和全面地把握核心能力的重构方向。在IT能力动态机制三个构成维度的作用下,企业能够实现核心能力的低成本快速更新。
Combining with research conclusion of enterprise IT capability and dynamic capability, the paper puts forward the view that the enterprise IT capability improves business performance through a dynamic mechanism affecting the core competence. Based on the induction of the existing literature, the paper verifies the process of the enterprise IT capability performance function. The research result suggests that the driving mechanism break the rigidity of core competence, the learning mechanism reconstruct the core competence rapidly with low cost, and the matching mechanism lead the constructing direction. With the three dimensions of dynamic mechanism, the enterprise could get the sustained competitive advance through the core competence reconstruction.
