鼠神经生长因子结合现代康复训练改善脑卒中患者运动功能障碍和活动能力的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察鼠神经生长因子(恩经复)结合康复训练改善脑卒中患者运动功能障碍和活动能力的临床疗效。方法两组均给予常规治疗,对照组(n=30)给予单纯康复训练,试验组(n=30)采用鼠神经生长因子结合康复训练治疗。在治疗前、治疗4周后分别进行日常生活活动能力Barthel(BI)指数和Fugl-MeyerAssessment(FMA)量表评分,并对两组进行比较。结果BI指数评定结果显示,两组在治疗前后均有差异(P〈0.05),且试验组的恢复明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。FMA量表评分表明,两组患者在治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且试验组上下肢运动功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论采用恩经复结合康复训练能更好的改善脑卒中患者运动功能障碍和活动能力,疗效优于单纯康复训练。 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor of mouse in combination with rehabilitation therapy for improving the motor dysfunction and motor ability of strokepatients. Methods Both groups were routinely treated. The control group(n = 30) treated with only rehabilitation therapy; in addition, the experimental group (n = 30) were treated with nerve growth factor of mouse. Before and four weeks after the treatment, patients of both groups were assessed with daily living skills index test (Barthel index BI) and Fugl-Meyer movement function score (FMA). Results There were significant improvements in activities of daily living and Fugl-Meyer score after the treatment both in both groups (P〈0.05). However, the therapeutic effect was much better in the experimental group than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Nerve growth factor of mouse in combination with rehabilitation therapy can improve the motor dysfunction and motor ability of stroke patients and has better effect than rehabilitation therapy.
