不同的CPR培训模式在门诊护士急救技能中的作用

摘要 目的观察不同培训模式在门诊护士急救技能中的作用。方法培训师资、将标准的CPR技能操作步骤录制成视频片放在医院内网网站上,让门诊护士利用高仿真模拟人边看边练,达到同质化培训;根据门诊护士工龄确定复训考核频次,并将考核成绩与护士长管理绩效和个人年终考评挂钩。结果不同培训模式后理论和技能得分比较:立即考试(t′理论=4.1362;t′技能=5.0148,P〈0.05);6个月考试(t理论=12.3327;t技能=11.6073,P〈0.01);12个月考试(t理论=19.7291;t技能=23.27.P〈0.01)。结论边看视频边练习培训结合复训考核能使门诊护士长期保持有效的CPR技能。 Objective To investigate the roles of different CPR training modes in first aid skills of nurses at clinic. Methods The teachers were trained. Standard CPR skill steps were videotaped and then the video was put onto the hospital network site so that the nurses at clinic can practice it on high simulation model while watching the video to achieve the homogeneity of training. Re-training assessment frequency was determined according to the nurse's length of service. The assessment results was linked to head nurse' management performance and individuals' year-end evaluation. Results Comparison between theory and skill scores after different training modes were carried out: taking examination immediately (ttheory = 4.1362, tskill = 5.0148, P 〈0.05); taking examination 6 months from then (ttheory= 12.3327, tskill= 11.6073, P 〈0.01); taking examination 12 months from then (ttheory= 19.7291, tskill= 23.27, P 〈0.01). Conclusion Practicing while watching video in combination with re-training assessment can let the nurses at clinic keep skillful in CPR in a long term.
