鄂南历史文化产业融资问题探讨——以湖北咸宁市三国赤壁文化为例

Study on Historical Culture Industry Financing in E'nan——In the Case of Chibi Culture in Xianning Hubei

鄂南地区虽然历史资源较为丰富,但开发起步较晚,实践经验不足,因此项目融资问题比较突出。融资参与主体和融资方式的单一,以及融资模式选择存在的问题局限了鄂南地区历史文化产业融资规模,制约了该地区历史文化产业的发展。本文通过分析国内外在文化产业中的融资模式与经验,结合鄂南地区历史文化资源开发状况和文化产业发展现状,以三国赤壁文化为重点,剖析本地区历史文化产业的融资问题,探讨促进本地区历史文化产业的融资模式与思路。

E'nan has rich historical resources, but it is relatively late to be exploited, and has few experience in practice, so the financing of projects is a highlight problem. Being narrow in financing subjects and channels, together with the problem in choosing the financing model, the historical culture industry of E'nan has been constrained. Combined with current development situation of culture resources and culture industry in E'nan, the thesis tries to analyze both domestic and international financing models and experiences in the cultural industries, focusing on a representative example——Chibi cultural to explore the financing models and ideas,so as to promote local historical culture industry.
