摘要
以具有典型断面特征的汽车前纵梁延伸板为试验对象,研究了第3代高强钢QP980的料厚公差、生产要素波动、高速冲压对零件成形质量的影响。通过在冲压过程中改变板材厚度、压边力和润滑条件,验证了QP980钢适合制造外形相对复杂、强度要求相对高的汽车冲压件,具有较好的冲压稳定性。
The effect of the material thickness tolerances of the third generation high strength steel QP980, the fluctuation of production factors and high-speed stamping on the forming quality of the extension plate of an automobile front longitudinal beam was researched. The extension plate has typical characteristic of section. Through changing the plate thickness, the blank holder force and lubrication condition in the stamping process,the steel QP980 was verified fit for making automotive stamping parts with complicate appearance and higher strength, and has better stamping stability.
