摘要
介绍了气体辅助注射成型技术的原理及应用,叙述了当汽车门拉手的中空体积大于20%时,模具溢料槽、气针的优化设计和批量生产的工艺控制。实际生产表明,采用这种特殊的气辅成型技术,不仅可以减轻制品质量,还可大大降低制品翘曲变形,提高制品质量。
The principle and application of GAIM technology was presented. Discussion was also made on the optimization design of flash groove and gas pin and the process control of mass production when the volume of the hollow in the automobile door handle is more than 20%. The technology was verified good for greatly decreasing the product mass and warpage.
