摘要
运用德尔菲法建立神经内科住院医师规范化培训考核指标评价体系。对22位专家进行两轮问卷咨询,确定指标及权重。得到一个以"病例考核""辅助检查判读""操作考核""病历书写"为一级指标的体系,其中包括二级指标10个。该指标体系较为科学,可操作性强,可为临床考核提供参考依据。
22 experts carried out two rounds of consultation to determine the indicators and weights by using Delphi method to establish a set of quantitative evaluating index system appropriate for standardized neurology residency training.＂Case assessment＂ ＂interpretation of auxiliary examination＂ ＂clinical assessment＂ ＂case history＂ were the index of grade one. There were 10 indicators of grade two. The evaluation system is scientific and operational, and can provide a reference for clinical training assessment.
