摘要
科研人才是医院科研管理面对的最终责任者,也是提升医院整体诊疗水平的核心群体。对临床医务工作人员的分层次培养是一种行之有效的人才培养模式。提出医院科研人才的三级管理模式:包括一级人才库的培育,二级人才库的历练,三级人才库的形成。经过三级科研人才库的动态均衡发展,使得医院的整体发展进入良性循环。
The research personnel is the ultimate management object of hospital research management departments. They also are the core group which can enhance the medical leve of the whole hospital. The hierarchical cultivation for clinical medical staff is a kind of effective personnel training pattern.This paper proposes three-level management model of scientific research personnel, including the cultivation of the first level talent, the practice of the second grade talent, the formation of the third talent pool. Through the dynamic, equilibrium development of three level research talent pool, the overall development of the hospital can be into a virtuous cycle.
