摘要
目的探讨不同透析剂量和不同容量控制标准对透析患者心功能的影响。方法抽取佳木斯市中心医院接诊的92例透析患者为研究对象,随机性分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者接受常规容量控制和常规透析,观察组患者接受强化容量控制和强化透析,比较两组患者的心功能变化。结果观察组患者心力衰竭的发生率低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.155,P<0.05);观察组患者左心室功能均优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化容量控制和强化透析能够有效保护心功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of different dialysis dose and capacity control on blood pressure of the hemodialysis patients.Methods 92 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly selected,according to the number table method was divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional capacity control and conventional dialysis, the observation group was treated with strengthen the capacity control and enhanced dialysis. The changes in heart function were compared in two groups. Results The incidence of heart failure of observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant（χ2=8.155, P〈0.05）,The feft ventricular function of observation group was more Outstanding than control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthen the capacity control and enhanced dialysis can effectively protect heart function.
