益心舒胶囊与丹参滴丸治疗氯氮平所致心电图ST改变的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Yixinshu Capsule and Salvia Dropping Pill in Treatment of Clozapine Induced ECG ST Changes

目的研究旨在观察益心舒胶囊与丹参滴丸缓解氯氮平所致心电图ST改变的临床对比疗效。方法选取临床上因服用氯氮平所致心电图ST改变的精神患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组患者服用益心舒胶囊治疗,对照组患者服用丹参滴丸治疗。观察两组患者住院期间4周内的心电图变化情况,并比较其临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的临床表现得到显著改善,心电图恢复正常,总有效率为100%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益心舒胶囊用于缓解氯氮平所致心电图ST改变的临床疗效优于丹参滴丸。

Objective To observe the clinical contrast research of Yixinshu capsule and salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill used for treated with electrocardiogram ST changes caused by clozapine. Methods 60 cases of patients with lectrocardiogram ST change caused by clozapine were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was administrated Yixinshu capsule while the concrol group administrated salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill. To observe the electrocardiogram change of two groups during hospitalization within 4 weeks, and compare the clinical effects. Results The patients in treatment group had improved for clinical symptoms significantly and electrocardiogram returned to normal, and the total effective rate was 100%. It was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule applied for patients with electrocardiogram ST changes caused by clozapine is better than that of the treatment of danshen dropping pill.
