摘要
洪涝灾害风险研究是当前灾害科学研究的热点.本文对洪涝灾害风险的概念进行了界定,从危险性分析、脆弱性分析和灾害损失评估等方面总结了区域洪涝灾害风险评价的内容;从灾情数据判断的区域风险评价、水文水力学模型的洪水仿真模拟、地理空间信息技术、指标体系、情景驱动以及数学等方面梳理了洪涝灾害风险评价的方法.指出了未来区域洪涝灾害风险评价的发展态势和方向.
Flood risk research is the hotspot of disaster science. The concept of flood risk is defined in this paper.Content of regional flood risk assessment are summarized from risk analysis,vulnerability analysis and disaster losses; Probability statistics from the historical disaster data,hydrologic and hydraulic models and flood simulation,geo-spatial information technology,the index system,scenarios drivers as well as mathematical aspects of flood risk assessment methods are overviewed. The development trend and directions of regional flood risk assement in the future are pointed out.
