Analysis of the Future Organization Pattern in College Sports Education From the Perspective of Coordination

基于高校体育教育发展的特点,阐述了高校体育教育实施协同管理的的基本要求,探讨了高校体育教育协同管理组织模式,并从协同的主客体、方法等方面对模式进行了分析.高校体育教育实施协同管理,实现多种教育组织形式之间的相互交叉和渗透,有助于现代科技信息等技术在体育教学实践中的应用,体育教学知识的不断更新,以及学习过程的延续性,有利于促进我国高校体育改革向社会性和实践性的发展.

Based on the development characteristics of the sports education in colleges,this paper expounds the basic requirements for implementing collaborative management of sports education in colleges, constructs a collaborative management organization pattern of sports education in colleges,and analyzes the model from the collaboration of subject and object and the methods. The implementation of collaborative management in college sport education and the realization of the intercross and penetration between various educational organization form is helpful to the modern technology of information technology application in the practice of sport education. The constant updating of P. E teaching knowledge and the continuity of the learning process will help promote the social and practical development of China＇s reform of college sports.
