城市新型社区图书馆对我国社会公共文化服务体系的建设起着重要的推动作用,同时,对建设知识型社会、和谐社会有着促进作用。从几个方面分析了城市社区图书馆的服务功能,讨论了城市社区图书馆的发展趋势和城市社区图书馆的办馆模式,以期为相关工作提供借鉴和思考。
