摘要
依托郑卢高速公路大铁沟特大桥混凝土施工,针对该桥120m高墩和160m大跨(大垂直泵送高度达137m)高空作业施工的特点,为避免高强度混凝土的超高压泵送因压力过高而产生泄漏,导致混凝土离析、堵管等诸多问题,从混凝土机械设备的选择、泵管的布设、混凝土配合比的优化、混凝土蒸汽养生等方面,对施工方案和施工工艺进行了优化,保证了施工安全和冬季混凝土的施工质量。
