摘要
针对当前就国内焦煤生产企业面临的市场化困境,分析了其面临的市场环境变化,并以某新焦煤生产企业为例,阐述了其在渠道开发和管理中存在的问题并提出了相应的建议措施,对于成熟的国内焦煤生产企业对销售渠道如何定位和管理具有一定的借鉴作用。
According to the present market difficult position faced to the domestic coking coal production enterprises, the paper analyzed the market environment variation faced. And based on a new coking coal production enterprise as an example,the paper stated the problems existed in the sales channel development and management and provided the relevant proposals and measures, which would have certain reference role to how to position and manage the sales channel for the matured domestic coking coal production enterprises.
