城乡商品流通程度影响着我国农村经济的发展速度。目前,黑龙江省在城乡商品流通发展中仍存在基础设施落后、缺乏现代物流体系、缺乏市场监管机制、城乡居民收入差距较大阻碍商品双向流通等问题,制约了黑龙江省城乡商品流通发展。有效加快促进黑龙江省城乡商品流通的发展,我国应加快建立城乡商品交易市场,完善基础设施建设;加快建立现代城乡商品流通物流体系;完善制度,建立政府主导的城乡商品流通体系;加快城镇化进程缩小城乡居民收入差距。

The urban and rural commodity circulation affects the speed of rural economy development in China. The problems in terms of backward infrastructure, lack of modern logistics system and market regulation mechanism, and big income gap between urban and rural residents in Heilongjiang province, restrict the development of urban and rural commodity circulation. The government should speed up to establish urban and rural commodity market to improve the infrastructure construction, accelerate the establishment of the modern urban and rural commodity circulation logistics system, perfect system to establish the government-leading urban and rural commodity circulation system, and speed up to narrow the income gap.
