To explore the intangible value of stadium resources,give full play of their function and promote the development of sports industry,this paper,starting from the angle of developing intangible value of stadium resources,explores difficulty in developing the intangible value of stadium resources and provides corresponding way-out based on the influencing factors with methods of literature and logical reasoning.
