摘要
针对目前电动汽车智能充电策略的热潮,探讨了一种适用于电动汽车优化充电的管理方法。电动汽车的充电行为应该由电力公司而不是由车主直接控制,以发挥其"削峰填谷"的作用。分析了电力公司对电动汽车充电信息管理的方法,在此基础上提出了相应的电动汽车优化充电调度模式。同时,分析了车主参与优化充电在时间上的可能性,提出了一种激励车主参与优化充电的经济杠杆,该杠杆能激励车主多参与优化充电。
One management applying to electric vehicle optical charging was analyzed considering the current upsurge of electric vehicle optical charging. Charging behavior should be decided by the grid directly in stead of the vehicle owners in order to play role on "valley filling". One management about how grid controlled the charging information was analyzed, and on basic of that, the model of electric vehicle optical charging dispatch was discussed.Meanwhile, the possibility that if owners had time to take part in the optical charging was analyzed and one economic lever was put forward to encourage the owners to take part in the optical charging.
