燃料电池用Pt-Pd合金型催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用液相共沉淀法制备了Pt-Pd合金型催化剂,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、激光粒度、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等方法对样品的结构、形貌、粒度、铂金属含量和电化学性能等进行表征。TEM表征表明50%Pt1Pd1/C催化剂分散均匀,颗粒平均尺寸<5 nm;XRD图谱表明Pt与Pd之间形成了完整的合金结构;电化学测试结果显示自制的Pt-Pd/C催化剂的活性及稳定性均优于商业化JM 70%Pt/C催化剂。 Pt-Pd alloy catalyst was prepared by liquid phase coprecipitation, the structure, morphology, particle size,Pt loading and electrochemical performance of Pt-Pd alloy catalyst were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and inductively couples plasma mass spectrometry(ICP) test. TEM characterization results show that 50% Pt1Pd1/C catalyst is dispersed evenly, average particle size is less than 5 nm;XRD patterns indicate the complete formation of alloy structure between Pt and Pd; ICP test shows the activity and stability of Pt-Pd/C catalyst is better than that of the commercial JM 70%Pt/C catalyst.
