摘要
提高电网风电最大接纳容量有利于洁净能源的利用。在PSS/E软件中建立了风电场并入某区域电网的模型,采用电网电压静态稳定特性中PV-VQ曲线方法分析了两种调度运行方式下不同母线电压随有功功率和无功功率变化率特征,依据电压灵敏度d V/d P和d Q/d V临界值判据确定该区域电网并入大规模风电穿透功率极限值。通过接纳风电容量最大值下的潮流计算仿真验证了电网运行电压合格性和稳定性。
Improving the admissibility of grid wind power capacity is conducive to the use of clean energy. Based on PSS/E software in the wind farm, a regional power grid model was established. PV-VQ curve of the power grid voltage static stability characteristics was used to study two kinds of scheduling bus voltages under different operation modes with the active power and reactive power variation characteristics. Based on the voltage sensitivity dV /dP and dQ /dV threshold criterion, the penetration limit of regional power grid integrated into a large-scale wind power was determined. By acceptance of wind power capacity of power flow calculation simulation, the operating voltage qualification and stability of power grid was verified.
