摘要
介绍了一种数字控制PFC的设计方法,在全电压85-265 Vrms内,可以获得高于0.985的功率因数(PF)。它采用波谷电流控制,不仅在输入电压零点附近没有输入电流失真,并且比传统的平均电流控制更简单,消除了数字电流补偿器。使用了Cadence ic5141软件搭建Boost模型、进行数模混合仿真,验证了该数字控制方法高功率因数的功能,并具有很好的输出动态响应性能。
The design approach of a digital controller for a PFC with power factor higher than 0.985 within the universal line range from 85 to 265 Vrmswas presented. The digital control technique was applied to the control of the inductor valley current, which was simpler than the control of average current because it removed the digital current loop regulator. Besides, there was no input current distortion during zero-crossings of the line voltage. A Boost PFC with the proposed digital controller was set up and simulated with the software of Cadence ic5141. The results verified high power factor and fast dynamic responses.
