摘要
基于潮流分析,介绍了配电网网架结构坚强性的概念。并从负荷裕度的角度,结合风险理论对网架坚强性定量地作出分析,确定配电网坚强性大小的计算方法。通过对IEEE14节点配电网的分析,采用N-1+1校验原则,求得该配电网的网架结构整体坚强性大小。最后比较各状态下坚强性大小与风险大小以及不同负荷方式下该配电网的坚强性大小,说明本文定义坚强性指标符合实际配电网运行规律,从而验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
The strong grid is the important links to build the smart grid. In this paper, the concept of distribution net- work structure strength is introduced which is based on the flow calculation. And the specific process of strength degree assessment of the distribution network structure is described, from the perspective of "margin load" and the "risk theory" ~ And then,by analyzing the IEEE14- node distribution network, the strength degree of this network is calculated, ac- cording to the "N - 1 + 1" parity principal . Finally, by comparing the strong indicators under different load patterns which verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system and its method.
